Baan Sukhawadee (Sukhawadee Mansion)

If you are entering Pattaya from Bangkok, you are bound to notice a huge blue color mansion on the right hand side of the road. This mansion is called "Baan Sukhawadee".

Sukhawadee mansion is located on Sukhumvit Road, near the factory outlet mall. It is open daily from 9am - 8pm with no entrance fee. The owner of Sukhawadee mansion (Dr. Panya Chotithewan) is also the owner of Saha Farm.

The mansion was created during the time of "King Louis the 14" with European design in mind. This place covers more than 60 acres of land including spacious garden and private beach.

Moreover, the whole area is decorated with luxurious European sculptures and figurines both inside the buildings and garden.

If you are visiting Sukhawadee mansion, I recommend you to take a tour inside one of the houses. The house has it's opening and closing times (Closing time is at 6:00pm).

Best time to visit is around 4-5:30pm when the weather is not so hot.
